If a trip is cancelled due to forces of nature is a refund or rebook credit offered?
A re-book credit is offered based on the number of dives missed. There are no refunds. For this reason, we recommend Trip Insurance. See FAQ – Do I need Trip Insurance?
Deposits/Payments?
We require a deposit of 30% of trip value within seven (7) days or reservation and full payment is due 120 days prior to departure. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover, personal check, money order and wire transfers.
Cancellation Policy * All refunds are charged a 5% administration fee.
