Itineraries are weather dependent and tailored to best diving available each trip.
At time of final confirmation, we can adjust this itinerary to include more shore excursions and less diving based on the group’s wishes.
Sunday:
12:00noon board and depart port immediately.
Lunch, safety briefing and check out dive with staff. 1-night dive today.
Monday through Thursday:
2-3 daytime dives and 1 night dive per day/night.
As we sail the BVI, we stop to enjoy islands along the way to enjoy the local flavor.
Friday:
2 daytime dives and beach BBQ picnic near The Baths on Virgin Gorda. This stop includes time to explore.
Saturday:
Return to Tortola. Disembark vessel by 10:00am.

Deposits/Payments
Individuals – $1,000.00 per person confirms the space. The balance is due 4 months prior to departure.

Cancellation Policy
No refunds for cancellations unless the trip departs full. A cancellation fee of 5% will be assessed for any refunds.
For those guests traveling from June 1 – November 30: Trimarine Boat Company Hurricane/Named Storm/Down Island Policy
- In the event of the approach of a Named Storm, guests will not be permitted to remain on board the Cuan Law.
- They may fly home or stay ashore and return to complete the charter aboard Cuan Law when conditions permit. Trimarine will not be responsible for any airfares or shore expenses
- Guests must ensure that if the Cuan Law is deemed to be unavailable due to storm conditions, their trip cancellation policy will cover their loss of time on board. Cuan Law will NOT reimburse for this lost time. Cancellation for storm reasons ahead of a trip MUST also be covered by guest insurance.
Travel Protection
It is recommended that all passengers purchase travel protection to help protect you and your trip investment. It is also recommended that all divers have diving accident insurance. For more information and to purchase dive and travel insurance, visit the providers below:
Diveassure: For annual combination trip and dive accident insurance. Includes cancellation due to Covid.
Travelex: Travel protection for a single trip. You may choose the TRAVEL SELECT policy and select the optional ADVENTURE SPORTS COVERAGE upgrade which waives the policy exclusions for extreme sports such as scuba diving. Purchase of Travelex insurance must be more than 21 days from date of travel.

US Virgin Islands Hotels & Ferry
For those who overnight in St. Thomas, USVI prior to boarding Cuan Law, the St. Thomas ferry terminal is on the waterfront. Be sure to catch the ferry to Road Town, Tortola, BVI – as there are several ferry routes that depart from this terminal. The ferry ride is one hour. Boarding is at 12:00pm on Sunday.

- CLOTHING TO BRING: The atmosphere on board the Cuan Law is always relaxed and casual. Several bathing suits, shorts, long pants, several t-shirts, blouse/shirt and wind breaker all packed in soft luggage. Also deck shoes, sandals, suntan lotion (non-oil), hat and sunglasses. In winter, sweatshirts or sweaters are advisable. Personal items such as aspirin and decongestants.

+ The British Virgin Islands offers many opportunities to go ashore and explore and enjoy the interesting islands and beaches. For these occasions, we highly recommend proper footwear for these topside adventures. Flip flops are not always suitable. We suggest water shoes or TEVA type sandals. Sneakers are fine but they might get wet!
