Deposits/Payments
30% per person confirms the space. Balance is due 4 months prior to departure.

Mastercard, Visa, Discover, personal check, money order, and wire transfer are all accepted.
Cancellation Policy
- No refunds unless cancelled space is re-sold and trip departs full.
- If the trip departs full, we will issue a full refund less 5% cancellation fee.
COVID cancellations: If borders are closed at the time of travel, then a rebooking will be allowed. If a guest tests positive prior to arrival and is not permitted to travel, a rebook will be allowed. A positive test result within 5 days of trip date must be provided. All rebooked trips will be reinvoiced and any difference in fare and fees will be assessed.
Policy for trip interruption due to a named storm. We offer a future credit for any days missed due to a named storm. We know many people have busy schedules so we don’t place a time limit on the use of this credit. There is no refund for cancellations due to weather.
Travel Protection
Diveassure: For annual combination trip and dive accident insurance. Includes cancellation due to Covid.
Travelex: Travel protection for a single trip. You may choose the TRAVEL SELECT policy and select the optional ADVENTURE SPORTS COVERAGE upgrade which waives the policy exclusions for extreme sports such as scuba diving. Purchase of Travelex insurance must be more than 21 days from date of travel.

Puerto Princesa – Ground transfers are available to/from our docks (at Port of Puerto Princesa or Bay Walk) within Puerto Princesa city proper but not the state.
Cebu – Ground transfers are available to/from airport/hotel to/from our dock at Cebu Yacht Club, 1.25 miles (1.9 km) from the airport.

This modern and yet classical Filipino designed hotel is situated in the heart of Puerto Princesa 2 minutes from the airport and a 5 minutes from shopping centers, souvenir shops, banks and other restaurants. Sheridan Beach Resort
Nestled between a towering mountain ranges and the clear blue waters of the West Philippines Sea. this premier property is the first green resort in the Philippines known to champion environmental sustainability in Sabang Beach, one of the country’s most protected areas. The Sheridan is about 2 hours from our docks but within close proximity of the Puerto Princesa Underground (Subterannean) River National Park, a popular attraction. Ground transfers are not included to/from our docks to the Sheridan.

Puerta Princesa Subterranean River National Park
If your schedule permits, this UNESCO World Heritage Site is worth visiting. It is located 50 miles (80 km) north of the city center and has been designated as one of the world’s New 7 Wonders of Nature. Tours are available.
