What makes this the Ultimate Red Sea diving itinerary?
Our annual 2-week Ultimate Red Sea itinerary on All Star Scuba Scene is a truly special adventure for any diver wanting to see it all. Departing from Port Ghalib, we start in Egypt’s Deep South region, work our way all the way up through the Central/Southern region, and finish the trip in the North before disembarking in Hurghada. The key to this itinerary’s star power is its timing. Along the way, we visit specific areas of the Red Sea during their unique peak seasons.
As we explore the Deep South, it’s the season for hammerheads cruising in small groups around iconic Daedalus Reef. Other parts of the Deep South, such as St. John’s, Zabargad, and Rocky Island, boast pristine corals and impressive topography.
Continuing northbound, divers visit the Central/Southern region’s famous sites including Elphinstone Reef and the Brothers Islands, both of which are known for oceanic whitetip shark sightings and vibrant pinnacle reefs.
Finally, as the trip comes to a close in the North, divers can explore legendary wrecks and reefs during the astounding spawning season of numerous types of fish, manifesting in the form of enormous shoals which are neatly organized by species.
This is the only Red Sea itinerary that features dolphins, hammerheads, reefs, wrecks (including the SS Thistlegorm), St. John’s, Ras Mohammed, BDE, and spawning season at the Strait of Tiran – all in two weeks!

This 159-foot luxury liveaboard boasts 14 spacious cabins accommodating up to 28 guests. Two of these cabins (#7 and #8) are “single suites” designed to provide an affordable option for passengers who want a cabin to themselves – however, for those who enjoy a fantastic bargain, our single suites have the ability to accommodate double occupancy for an even more affordable price!
Though the cabins are certainly comfortable, most of the time onboard is spent enjoying Scuba Scene’s excellent common spaces. From the swimming pool to the media room to the sundeck jacuzzi, there are more than a few nice places to kick back and relax between dives.
