Cancellation & Payment Policies
Cancellation policies vary by vessel, please review the policy for your specific vessel.
If payments are not made on-time, All Star Liveaboards reserves the right to cancel your reservation without notice.
**Any deposits would be forfeited unless the space is resold and the trip departs full. All refunds are subject to a 5% cancellation fee and would be issued after departure date.
Aqua Cat
Deposit Policy
Individuals – A $1,000.00 per person deposit. The balance is due 4 months prior to departure. Port fees are due with the final payment.
Cancellation Policy
- More than 9 months prior to departure, a full refund less a 5% cancellation fee.
- Less than 9 months prior to departure, all payments are forfeited unless the trips departs full.**
Blackbeard's
Deposit Policy
Individuals – A $300.00 per person deposit. The balance is due 4 months prior to departure. Port fees are due with the final payment.
Cancellation Policy
- More than 4 months prior to departure, a full refund less a 5% cancellation fee.
- Less than 4 months prior to departure, all payments are forfeited unless the trip departs full.**
Cat Ppalu
Deposit Policy
Individuals – A $500.00 per person deposit. The balance is due 4 months prior to departure. Port fees are due with the final payment.
Charters – $1,000.00 deposit required within 10 days to confirm reservation, $2,000.00 deposit due 9 months prior to departure, $3,000.00 due 6 months prior, and final payment due 4 months prior to departure.

- Less than 6 months prior to departure, all payments are forfeited unless the trip departs full.**

Deposit Policy
Individuals – A $1,000.00 per person deposit. The balance is due 4 months prior to departure.

All Star Cuba
Deposit Policy
Individuals – A $1,500.00 per person deposit. The balance is due 4 months prior to departure.
Cancellation Policy
- More than 12 months prior to departure, guests may reschedule their reservation to a future date. No refunds will be issued. Reservations may only be rescheduled once and the rescheduled trip must be within one year of the original booking.
- Less than 12 months prior to departure, payment is forfeited.
All Star Scuba Scene
Deposit Policy
Individuals – A $500.00 per person to confirm. The balance is due 4 months prior to departure.
Cancellation Policy
- More than 9 months prior to departure, a full refund will be issued less a 5% cancellation fee.
- Less than 9 months prior to departure, payment is forfeited unless the trip departs full.**
Egypt Land Tours
• If canceled more than 4 months prior to the tour date, a refund will be issued less a 5% cancellation fee. Any flights included in your tour are nonrefundable. Cancellation fees may apply for Hotels and Nile River Cruises.
• If canceled less than 4 months prior to the tour date, all payments are forfeited.
All Star Aurora
Deposit Policy
30% of the trip price is due to hold the space. The balance is due 4 months prior to departure.
Cancellation Policy
- More than 12 months prior to departure, a full refund will be issued less a 5% cancellation fee.
- Less than 12 months prior to departure, payment is forfeited unless we fill space.**
All Star Velocean
Deposit Policy
30% of the trip price is due within seven (7) days to hold the space. The balance is due 4 months prior to departure.
Cancellation Policy
More than 18 months prior to departure, a full refund will be issued less 5% cancellation fee.
Less than 18 months prior to departure, payment is forfeited unless we fill the space.**
All Star Infiniti
Deposit Policy
A 30% deposit will confirm your reservation. Balance is due 4 months prior to departure.

- No refunds for cancellations unless the trip departs full.**
