All visitors are required to have a passport. Non-U.S. citizens should check with the appropriate consulate regarding visas. You will clear Customs and Immigration in Tortola if you fly into the BVI or if flying into St. Thomas in the USVI, you will clear into the British Virgin Islands as you depart St. Thomas on the ferry.
