Travel Plans

(Let us know if you will be in Road Town before noon for suggestions on things to do until we're ready for you)

What travel documents are needed? All travelers to the British Virgin Islands need a passport. Check with the British Virgin Islands Embassy for visa requirements if citizenship is not British.

We are happy to arrange ground transfers in Tortola for you from the ferry, hotel, airport to dock and back! Cost is comparable to cab fare and much more convenient. Our driver, Dougie, will be there to take care of you. Transfer are payable directly to the driver.
We are happy to arrange transfers from the ferry dock to your hotel or to the Cuan Law directly. Do not purchase ferry tickets in advance as schedules can change. It is easier to purchase at the terminal on day of travel. DO check the schedule the day before and plan to arrive 1 hour early to complete their paperwork and get on board the ferry. You will then call our Tortola Operations Manager to let her know what ferry you will be on and she will arrange pick up then. We will supply you with her contact details if you choose this mode of transportation.
We are happy to arrange transfers from the Beef Island airport to your hotel and/or the Cuan Law dock.
We are unable to arrange transfers in St Maarten, however taxis are readily available for hire. Dock location will be on your boarding paperwork.
EIS Flight Information
Please fill out the following EIS Airport Information if applicable:
Please list the name of the hotel you will be staying in the night before boarding and the island. We will arrange pick up and delivery if on Tortola.
What if I have special requests?
Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free are pretty easy to work with as well as allergies so let us know your special needs in the box below. Please put "None" if this is not applicable to you.

We can accommodate your preference for beverages on board. Please list here and note if you request a top shelf alcohol, there may be an upcharge. Please put "None" if you have no special preferences for beverages.

Travel Insurance:
In order to maintain our very reasonable costs and high level of service, we do not insure your trip against the adverse effects of bad weather or other factors beyond our control. Our P&I insurance does cover you against “onboard” risks, such as an equipment failure of the ship or negligence of the crew. However, it does not include accidents or damage
caused by your own carelessness or fault. Also, it does not cover you during any “in the water” activities or for any possible accidents when you are off the Cuan Law. It is, therefore, part of our Booking Conditions that ALL members of your party take out adequate travel insurance to protect yourselves – your vacation represents a large investment and unforeseen circumstances, such as injury, sickness, strikes and bad weather, can affect your ability to travel or enjoy your vacation. Please check your coverage carefully to ensure it includes all the activities you would like to participate in.

Diving Information

IF you plan on taking any scuba course with our instructor on board, please download this medical form and if you answer yes to any questions, a doctor must sign off to allow you to participate.
